Return Policy

At YXDecals, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the custom nature of many of our products, we only accept returns for items that are defective or damaged upon arrival.

  • Defective products may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Customers must contact us with photos and a description of the defect before a return is approved.
  • Returned items must not be altered, installed, or modified.
  • We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for products that are not defective.
  • Normal wear and tear, improper installation, misuse, or accidental damage are not considered defects.

If you believe you received a defective item, please contact us at yxdecals@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery, and we will review your claim and provide further instructions.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
